Installation requires inserting the outer sleeve into the machine case, followed by the probe sleeve. After adjusting the probe gap to the required measurement range, reconnect the probe cable and secure the housing over the outer sleeve using the provided retainer and retaining nut. Ensure all unused holes are sealed with the supplied plugs and tightened to 0.5 N-m (5 in-lbs) to maintain environmental protection. This housing is not explosion-proof and is intended for environmental and mechanical protection only.
