To ensure high measurement accuracy and long-term reliability under dynamic plant conditions, adhere to the following engineered guidelines:

• Set the appropriate probe gap against the target material using a digital multimeter connected to the Proximitor sensor output during static calibration.
• Avoid exceeding the maximum thread engagement length of 0.563 inches to prevent binding during mounting.
• Ensure the coaxial ClickLoc connectors are joined finger-tight only. Do not apply tools or pliers directly to gold click-type connectors.
• Maintain the minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) during routing to prevent core damage or electrical impedance changes.
• Ensure proper side-view clearance is maintained around the probe tip to prevent metallic structures from affecting the eddy-current field.
