Installation Guidelines

• Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) to prevent damage to the inner triaxial conductor and protective armor.
• Securely tighten probe threads to the recommended torque of 11.2 Nm (100 in-lbf) during installation into the machine housing.
• Ensure the ClickLoc connectors are joined finger-tight; they will "click" when fully locked.
• Do not exceed 0.565 Nm (5 in-lbf) torque if using tightening tools on the coaxial connectors.
• Position the connector protector over the coaxial connection to prevent moisture ingress and ground loops.
