Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Alignment: Verify the unthreaded length (0 mm) aligns with the bracket or machine wall thickness to position the probe tip correctly in front of the target.
• Torque Limits: Thread the M10 x 1 probe case into the bracket and hand-tighten. Use a torque wrench to tighten to the recommended installation torque of 11.2 N-m (100 in-lbf). Do not exceed 33.9 N-m (300 in-lbf) to prevent casing distortion.
• Cable Management: Route the armored cable preserving a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in). Avoid routing the lead across sharp mechanical edges or areas subject to continuous pinches.
• Connection Steps: Before joining the ClickLoc coaxial connectors, wipe them free of oil or grease. Push the connectors together until the gold "click" is felt. Slide the pre-installed connector protector sleeve completely over the junction to seal out moisture.
