330910-01-07-10-01-00: Metric-threaded M10x1 armored 3300 NSv proximity probe configured with a 10 mm unthreaded length (Option 01), a 70 mm case length (Option 07), a 1.0 m total length (Option 10), and a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with connector protector (Option 01) on standard cable.

Unlike unarmored metric configurations, this unit features a flexible stainless steel armor jacket that shields the FEP-insulated coaxial cable from physical shearing, abrasive friction, and mechanical stresses. The integrated fluorosilicone connector protector isolates the ClickLoc connection from oil, water, and industrial chemical ingress. Operating without hazardous area approvals (Option 00), it provides a standard-grade transducer solution for general-purpose plant areas where intrinsic safety or explosion-proof certifications are not requested.

Installation Guidelines

  • Set probe gap to the recommended 1.0 mm (40 mils) or approximately -9.0 Vdc to -10.0 Vdc bias for optimal performance over the 1.5 mm linear range.
  • Ensure the minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) for the armored cable is not exceeded during installation or routing.
  • Torque M10x1 probe cases to the recommended 11.3 Nm (100 in-lb) of torque, and never exceed the maximum rated torque of 33.9 Nm (300 in-lb).
  • Use the included connector protector or apply silicone self-fusing tape at connections to prevent fluid ingress and maintain signal integrity.
