The 3500/44-01-00 is a four-channel machinery protection instrument designed specifically for aeroderivative gas turbine applications. Installation Guidelines

  • Rack Mounting: The main monitor module must be installed in a single full-height front slot of the 3500 rack. The paired Aero GT I/O module with internal terminations must be secured directly behind it in the corresponding full-height rear slot.
  • Wiring and Terminations: Direct wiring connections should be made to the designated terminals on the internal termination block of the rear I/O module. Ensure all sensor shields are properly grounded at the chassis ground lugs provided on the rack frame.
  • Filter Configuration: System configuration must be programmed via the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to assign the proper integration, tracking, or band-pass filters based on sensor type and machine specifications.
