Honeywell SC-UCMX02 51307195-276 is a modular, scalable process controller designed for remote automation and control applications. Powered by a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 32-bit CPU running at 667 MHz, it provides integrated processing and direct field connections with 28 mixed onboard I/O channels. The SC-UCMX02 non-redundant controller includes 256 MB DRAM, 256 MB Flash memory, and 4 Mbits of battery-free nonvolatile memory. Installation Guidelines

  • Mounting: Install on standard TH35-7.5 DIN rail in a vertical orientation to maintain natural thermal convection.
  • Power Supply: Connect an external 18 to 30 VDC power supply to the dedicated power terminals on the controller IOTA.
  • Grounding & Shielding: Ensure all RJ45 Ethernet connectors use shielded cabling and connect chassis drain wires on RS485 terminal blocks to mitigate electrical noise.
  • Transient Suppression: Built-in transient voltage suppression is present on all I/O channels and communication interfaces.
  • Expansion Cabling: Connect expansion I/O rows using standard CAT-5 cables routed between left and right end plates up to a maximum distance of 100 meters.
