Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before accessing terminals or performing any installation or maintenance. Failure to de-energize the system can result in severe injury or death.
-
1
Verify that the panel cutout dimensions match the PC 677's installation requirements. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and can support the unit's weight.
-
2
Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure the unit from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal against the enclosure.
-
3
Connect a low-impedance protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the chassis. This is a mandatory safety connection.
-
4
Connect the AC power supply cable to the unit's power inlet. Ensure the source voltage matches the 110-230V AC rating of the device.
-
5
Connect all required network and peripheral cables (e.g., Ethernet, USB devices). After all connections are secure, power may be restored to the unit.
