Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Failure to adhere to safety procedures can result in equipment damage, severe injury, or death. Always de-energize equipment and follow lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures before commencing work.
-
1
Ensure the control cabinet is completely de-energized and locked out before installation. Verify the absence of voltage.
-
2
Prepare the panel cutout according to the mechanical specifications for the PC670 chassis. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and rigid.
-
3
Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure the unit evenly from the rear using the provided mounting clamps to ensure a proper seal and mechanical stability. Do not overtighten.
-
4
Connect the supplied mains cable to the Panel PC's power inlet and to a properly grounded and circuit-protected 115-230 V AC power source.
-
5
Connect all required peripheral devices such as keyboard, mouse, and network cables to the appropriate ports on the unit.
-
6
After verifying all connections are secure, remove the LOTO device and re-energize the cabinet. Power on the Panel PC and confirm proper boot-up and operation.
