Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: Disconnect all power sources and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before installation or servicing. Electrical shock can cause serious injury or death. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only.
-
1
Ensure the control cabinet or panel cutout dimensions match the Panel PC's mounting requirements. Verify adequate clearance for ventilation and cable routing at the rear of the unit.
-
2
Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure it evenly using all provided mounting clamps to ensure a proper seal and prevent mechanical stress on the chassis. Do not overtighten the clamps.
-
3
Connect the chassis to the cabinet's protective earth (PE) ground using a low-impedance connection. This is critical for both safety and noise immunity.
-
4
Connect the 115-230V AC power supply using the provided mains cable to a stable, correctly-rated power source. Ensure the source is protected by an appropriate circuit breaker.
-
5
Connect all required communication and I/O cables. Route cables away from high-voltage lines to minimize electrical noise. Ensure all connectors are fully seated and secured.
