Installation Guidelines

  • Connector Torque: ClickLoc connectors require only finger-tight torque. The connectors "click" when they are adequately tightened. Do not use mechanical tools for standard ClickLoc connections.
  • Cable Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) during routing to prevent core damage.
  • Thread Engagement: Maximum recommended thread engagement length for 3/8-24 threads is 0.563 inches to prevent binding.
  • Connector Protection: Ensure the connector protector is installed properly to guard against dirt, moisture, and potential environmental contamination. Do not use silicone tape if the connection is exposed to turbine oil.
