Installation Guidelines

  • Panel Mounting: Insert the HMI unit into a panel cutout measuring 302 mm x 228 mm. Secure the unit using the supplied mounting brackets, tightening the screws to the specified torque rating to maintain the IP67F front-panel seal.

  • Grounding: Connect the functional ground (FG) terminal on the power supply block to a dedicated ground point using a wire with a cross-sectional area of at least 2 mm squared. Ensure grounding resistance is 100 ohms or less.
  • Wiring: Route communication cables separately from high-voltage power lines and motor drive cables to prevent electromagnetic interference.
