This operator panel integrates a 13.3-inch widescreen display with capacitive multi-touch technology, housed in an all-round IP65 protected enclosure. To facilitate clean integration on machine frames, the device features a compact connection block with integrated mounting arm adapter mounting.

The integrated DVI-E (DVI Extended) and USB-E 2.0 (USB Extended) transmission technology enables physical separation between the display unit and the control computer. The Control Panel can operate at distances of up to 50 meters from the industrial PC. Signal transmission occurs via standardized, IP65-rated industrial circular connectors, ensuring reliable performance in environments prone to electromagnetic interference and mechanical stress.

Installation Guidelines

• Mounting: Ensure the mounting arm system matches the 48 mm tube standard. Secure the connection block using the specified rotational block to prevent cable strain.
• Grounding: Connect the functional earth terminal on the connection housing directly to the central machine ground potential using a short, low-impedance conductor.
• Cable Routing: Use pre-assembled, shielded Beckhoff DVI-E and USB-E cables. Route power and signal cables separate from high-power motor cables to minimize electromagnetic interference.
