Installation Guidelines

• Verify that the maximum unthreaded length of 4 mm (Option 004) is at least 26 mm shorter than the overall case length of 54 mm (Option 054).
• To prevent binding during installation, the maximum thread engagement length should not exceed 24 mm.
• Tighten the probe case to a recommended torque of 21.1 N-m (187 in-lb) and do not exceed the maximum rating of 63.3 N-m (560 in-lb).
• Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) along the run of the armored coaxial cable.
• Verify the probe gap is set to approximately 2.5 mm (100 mils) for optimal linear dynamic output range.
