Featuring a 15-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, this high-performance industrial human-machine interface (HMI) uses integrated DVI-E (DVI Extended) and USB-E 2.0 (USB Extended) connection technology. This allows the operator panel to function at distances of up to 50 meters from the industrial PC, providing maximum layout flexibility on the factory floor.

The unit features a rugged construction comprising an aluminum front panel and a protective sheet-steel rear cover, engineered to withstand challenging industrial conditions. It is equipped with a capacitive single-finger touch screen for intuitive operator input. With high-speed USB-E 2.0 connection capabilities, data is transmitted at up to 480 Mbit/s, enabling real-time touch response and quick access to auxiliary USB ports directly from the front panel interface.

Installation Guidelines

• Mounting: Slide the unit into the pre-cut panel opening and secure it from the rear using the built-in, pull-out clamping levers. Tighten the clamping screws evenly to ensure correct IP65 sealing on the front surface.
• Cabling Constraints: For lengths exceeding 5 meters, ensure a verified Beckhoff USB-E 2.0 and DVI-E transmitter module is utilized at the host PC end. Do not exceed the maximum transmission limit of 50 meters.
• Grounding: Connect the functional earth terminal on the rear of the steel housing directly to your control cabinet's main grounding busbar using a low-impedance conductor.
• Thermal Management: Maintain a minimum clearance of 50 mm above, below, and behind the unit to allow natural convection cooling. Ensure ambient environment remains within 0 to 55 degC.
