The BECKHOFF CP7201-0021-0060 is an all-round IP65 protected Economy Panel PC engineered for mounting arm installation directly at the machine or plant floor. Combining an industrial computing unit with an integrated 12-inch SVGA Control Panel front, this unit delivers reliable visualization and control capabilities for machine building, process monitoring, and human-machine interface (HMI) tasks utilizing Beckhoff TwinCAT automation software or standard Windows operating systems.
The CP7201-0021-0060 configuration features a 12-inch TFT display with an 800 x 600 pixel resolution, a resistive single-finger touch screen, and a sealed front laminate without physical keys. A front-accessible USB-A socket with an IP65 protective cover provides convenient external access for configuration, maintenance, or data transfer without opening the housing. The computing core is based on a 3½-inch motherboard accommodating Intel 6th and 7th generation processors, equipped standard with an Intel Celeron G3900TE dual-core CPU running at 2.3 GHz and 4 GB DDR4 RAM.
Constructed within an aluminum enclosure, the Panel PC mounts onto 48 mm diameter industrial suspension arm systems via an integrated rotatable adapter, with installation supported from either the top or the bottom. Heat dissipation is managed passively through specialized cooling ribs positioned between the Control Panel and the PC add-on housing, assisted by an internal circulating fan that distributes thermal loads evenly across all exterior enclosure surfaces without exchanging air with the surrounding atmosphere.
