Product Description

Description

The Bently Nevada 133434-01 is a 3500/50M Tachometer I/O Module designed for external terminations within the Bently Nevada 3500 Monitoring System. The 133434-01 interfaces with the 3500/50M Tachometer main board to process input signals from up to two proximity probes or magnetic pickups to determine shaft rotative speed, rotor acceleration, or rotor direction. It routes transducer inputs, buffered transducer signals, and proportional 4 to 20 mA recorder outputs to External Termination (ET) Blocks via dedicated cabling.

Features

  • External Termination Interface: Connects to external termination blocks via dedicated signal cables.
  • Dual-Channel Support: Handles inputs from up to two proximity transducers or magnetic pickups.
  • Proportional Analog Outputs: Provides individual +4 to +20 mA recorder outputs proportional to full-scale speed or acceleration ranges.
  • Buffered Signal Routing: Routes buffered transducer signals to external termination points.
  • Rear-Slot Installation: Mounts in 1 full-height rear slot of the 3500 system rack.

Applications

  • Turbomachinery rotative speed monitoring
  • Rotor acceleration and speed band measurement
  • Reverse rotation detection and zero speed notification
  • Industrial machinery monitoring requiring external terminal wiring configurations
