Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Hole Preparation: When drilling and tapping a mounting hole for this 1/4-28 UNF probe, use a #3 or larger tap drill to avoid binding.
• Thread Engagement: Maximum thread engagement is per the industry standard of 1.5 times the nominal thread diameter. Avoid over-tightening or excessive thread engagement which can cause binding during installation.
• Cable Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) to prevent internal conductor damage.
