Installation Guidelines

• Rack Slot Sequence: Install the front monitoring processor board into any full-height slot location of the 3500 chassis and affix the internal termination rear I/O module matching it directly on the reverse side of the backplane.
• Shield Grounding Steps: Terminate the outer metal braided shield lines of all field sensor leads cleanly to the nearest chassis ground bus bar on the rack to suppress external electrical noise interferences.
