The Bently Nevada 330100 (P/N 102046-50) is a Custom Proximitor designed for non-contact shaft vibration and axial position measurement in rotating machinery monitoring systems. The unit conditions radio frequency (RF) signals sent to a paired eddy current proximity probe to generate a DC voltage output proportional to static gap distance and an AC voltage output proportional to dynamic shaft vibration. Designed to operate with an 8 mm probe tip diameter and a 5-meter total system cable length, the device conditions analog transducer signals calibrated specifically for AISI 4140 target material at a scale factor of 200 mV/mil.
