2 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Secure it evenly from the rear using all provided mounting clamps, tightening them to the specified torque to ensure a proper seal.
3 Connect a dedicated protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the Panel PC chassis. This is essential for operator safety and noise immunity.
4 Connect the AC power supply using the provided U.S. mains cable to a stable, correctly rated power source. Ensure the source voltage matches the 115-230V AC rating.
5 Connect all required peripheral devices such as keyboards, mice, and communication cables (e.g., Ethernet, serial) to their respective ports.
6 After verifying all connections are secure and correct, remove the lockout/tagout device and apply power to the unit for commissioning.
