Installation Guidelines

1. 1 De-energize the main control cabinet and verify the absence of voltage using a calibrated meter. Apply appropriate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) devices.
2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the manufacturer's dimensional drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris.
3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout and secure it evenly using all provided mounting clamps. Do not overtighten the clamps, as this can deform the bezel.
4. 4 Connect the Protective Earth (PE) or chassis ground terminal to the cabinet's main ground bus using a low-impedance conductor. This connection must be made first.
5. 5 Connect the 110/230 V AC power supply cable to a properly rated and protected circuit. Ensure the cable is secured to prevent accidental disconnection.
6. 6 Connect all required communication and peripheral cables, including Ethernet, PROFIBUS/MPI, USB, and serial devices. Use shielded cables where specified.
7. 7 After verifying all connections are secure and correct, remove LOTO devices and re-energize the cabinet according to established site safety procedures.
