Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure the power source is completely de-energized before beginning installation or mounting.
2. Verify that the cabinet cutout dimensions conform exactly to the 482.7 mm x 400 mm requirement (9 rack units).
3. Mount the PC into the rack using the front panel fastening points, securing it to ensure a proper IP65 seal against the mounting surface.
4. Ensure adequate ventilation space is left around the IP20-protected rear portion of the chassis to maintain an operating temperature within 0 to 55 degC.
5. Open the front panel only when servicing is required, ensuring all front locks are properly engaged after closing to retain front-panel ingress protection.
