The BECKHOFF CP6601-0020-0020 is a compact, built-in Panel PC designed for space-saving control cabinet installation. It features a high-quality 12-inch TFT display with a native resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and integrated single-finger touch screen technology, serving as an efficient human-machine interface (HMI) and controller in diverse industrial automation environments.

This unit is powered by an ARM Cortex-A8 processor running at 1 GHz on a specialized 3½-inch motherboard. It includes 1 GB of onboard DDR3 RAM and handles storage requirements via a microSD slot supporting card capacities up to 16 GB. For critical data retention during unexpected power interruptions, the Panel PC is equipped with 128 kByte of persistent, non-volatile NOVRAM.

The hardware architecture provides critical onboard interfaces for plant networking and direct field device communication, including one 10/100BASE-T Ethernet port, an onboard EtherCAT interface, two USB 2.0 ports, and one RS232 serial connection. Installation Guidelines

1. Verify that the model number CP6601-0020-0020 match the project schematics and configuration files.
2. Ensure that all associated power distribution sources are completely de-energized before mounting the unit.
3. Confirm that the panel cutout dimensions match the installation requirements of the 12-inch bezel assembly.
4. Insert the device from the front into the prepared cutout and secure it using the integrated, pull-out clamping levers. Tighten securely to compress the front gasket and achieve an IP65 seal.
