Installation Guidelines

To ensure proper operation and prolong system life, install the Panel PC in accordance with the following engineering practices:

• Mounting Cutout: Verify that the panel cutout dimensions match the physical specification of the unit. Insert the Panel PC from the front and secure it using the integrated pull-out clamping levers.
• Thermal Management: Maintain adequate clearance around the rear sheet-steel cover to ensure unimpeded air circulation. Do not block the cooling vents, and keep ambient operating temperatures between 0 and 55 degC.
• Power & Grounding: Connect the device to a regulated 24 V DC power source. Ensure the functional ground connection is properly terminated to a low-impedance earth ground to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
