Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure the entire industrial control cabinet is fully de-energized before mounting, wiring, or removing any system component.
2. Mount the CPU module securely onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715) in a horizontal orientation to maintain optimal thermal convection.
3. Connect the module to a compatible CX1100-series power supply module (CX1100-0012, CX1100-0013, or CX1100-0014) to provide the system bus connection, power, and I/O bus interface.
4. Ensure the Compact Flash card containing the configured operating system and software runtime is fully inserted into the ejector slot before powering on the device.
5. Maintain adequate clearance above and below the module within the enclosure to ensure the integrated, speed-controlled fan cartridge can pull in sufficient airflow for proper cooling.
