Description

The 126599-01 is an Aero GT I/O module with internal terminations manufactured by Bently Nevada for the 3500/44M Aeroderivitive GT Vibration Monitor. Installed in a full-height rear slot of a 3500 rack, the 126599-01 accepts input signals from interface modules (part numbers 86517 and 86497), Velomitors, and accelerometers to monitor aeroderivative gas turbine machinery. The module operates in conjunction with the 3500/44M main monitor module, accepting inputs from two separate Keyphasor signals and routing signals for 1X vibration tracking, band-pass vibration, and signal integration. It includes internal termination connections for transducer inputs, recorder outputs, and inhibit controls.

Features

  • Full-height rear I/O module with internal termination wiring headers
  • Interfaces with interface modules (PN 86517 and 86497), Velomitors, and accelerometers
  • Routes input signals for aeroderivative gas turbine monitoring applications
  • Supports dual Keyphasor signal inputs across channel pairs
  • Connects directly to the 3500/44M Aeroderivitive GT Vibration Monitor main board via the rack backplane

Applications

  • Aeroderivative gas turbine vibration monitoring
  • Machinery protection and automated alarm trip systems
  • Industrial gas turbine condition monitoring loops
