Description

The Bently Nevada 1900/65 is a flexible, cost-effective general-purpose equipment monitor designed to continuously monitor and protect essential and balance-of-plant equipment assets. The 1900/65 accepts eight total input channels (four vibration and four temperature) and processes them into up to 20 different user-selected measurement variables. It features six individually programmable relay outputs, four 4-20 mA proportional outputs, and buffered output facilities for direct connection to portable diagnostic instruments. Configurable via Microsoft Windows-based software, the system supports an optional display module that can be installed directly on the monitor or located up to 75 meters (250 feet) away. It is suitable for applications across oil & gas, power generation, water treatment, pulp & paper, manufacturing, mining, and cement industries.

Features

  • Eight total input channels supporting 4 vibration and 4 temperature sensors.
  • Six discrete, individually programmable relay outputs.
  • Four proportional 4-20 mA outputs.
  • Configurable Alert and Danger alarm levels (up to 8 per channel) and NOT OK channel configuration.
  • Signal processing up to 20 measurement variables with bandpass filtering, integration, RMS/Peak detection, bias voltage, and acceleration enveloping.
  • Buffered output facilities for connection to portable diagnostic tools.
  • Optional display module mountable locally or up to 75 meters (250 feet) away.
  • Configurable voting logic between parameters and channels.
  • Microsoft Windows-based configuration software.

Applications

  • Cooling tower fans
  • Pumps, blowers, and air compressors
  • Small reciprocating compressors
  • Small electric motors and small hydro turbines
  • Pulverizers and centrifuges
  • Balance-of-plant and OEM skid-mounted machinery
