Installation Guidelines

• Mount with appropriate probe gap voltage (typically -10 Vdc, corresponding to a 1.27 mm / 50 mil gap for standard calibration on an AISI 4140 steel target).
• Ensure standard forward-mounted probes are installed with a recommended installation torque of 7.5 N-m (66 in-lbf) and do not exceed the maximum rated torque of 11.2 N-m (100 in-lbf).
• Install the connector protector correctly to prevent contamination, moisture ingress, or electrical noise at the ClickLoc junction.
