Description

330103-00-07-10-12-05: 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe configuration featuring an M10 x 1 metric thread, 0 mm unthreaded length (Option 00), 70 mm overall case length (Option 07), 1.0-meter total cable length (Option 10), and a FluidLoc coaxial cable with a miniature ClickLoc connector (Option 12), certified with CSA, ATEX, and IECEx agency approvals (Option 05).

This unarmored metric probe is used in machinery vibration and position monitoring installations where moisture, oil, or other fluids could potentially migrate along the cable core. The patented FluidLoc cable construction blocks the interior passage of liquids, preventing process media from escaping the machine enclosure through the transducer cable. The miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector provides a secure connection that does not require specialized termination tools.

Features

  • M10 x 1 Metric Thread: Fits directly into metric-tapped machine housings without the need for thread adapters.
  • 0 mm Unthreaded Length: Fully threaded 70 mm case allows flexible installations and precise gap adjustment in tight clearance locations.
  • Patented FluidLoc Cable: Option 12 provides an internal fluid barrier that prevents oil and process liquids from leaking out of the machine housing through the cable interior.
  • 1.0 Meter Total Length: Right-sized for direct routing to local junction boxes or pairing with standard extension cables.
  • ClickLoc Coaxial Connector: Corrosion-resistant, gold-plated brass connector with a tactile click mechanism that prevents loosening.
  • Hazardous Area Certifications: Option 05 compliance provides CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals for installation in explosive atmospheres.

Applications

  • Shaft vibration and axial position measurements in steam and gas turbines
  • Hydroelectric generators and large industrial electric motors
  • Process compressors, gearboxes, and industrial fans
  • Fluid-sealed machinery chambers requiring leakage mitigation through the probe cable pathway
