Installation Guidelines

• Set the initial physical gap between the probe tip and target using a thickness gauge or digital voltmeter to read the sensor's DC voltage (typically -10 Vdc at a 1.27 mm or 50 mils gap).
• Do not exceed the maximum thread engagement length of 15 mm for M10 x 1 thread to avoid binding or housing damage.
• Ensure that the ClickLoc coaxial connectors are properly mated; hand-tighten until they audibly "click" together.
• Route the armored cable to avoid sharp bends; the minimum bend radius for armored probe cables is 25.4 mm (1.0 inch).
