This probe features M10 x 1 metric threads and integrates metal armor to protect the coaxial cable from abrasive environments. The 330104-08-14-05-01-00 includes a 0.5-meter (1.6 feet) total length, a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with a pre-installed connector protector (Option 01), and is supplied without agency approvals (Option 00). Unlike sibling non-armored configurations such as the 330103 series, the armored sheath on this model adds mechanical resistance to routing paths subject to physical wear.

Installation Guidelines

To establish correct installation of the M10 x 1 threaded probe:

• Verify that the unthreaded length of 80 mm is compatible with the mounting bracket depth to ensure thread engagement.
• Ensure maximum thread engagement does not exceed 15 mm for the M10 x 1 casing thread to prevent binding.
• Use a M10 hexagonal wrench to torque the probe case into position. Do not exceed recommended torque values during installation.
• Ensure the ClickLoc connectors are kept clean and dry. Finger-tighten the gold coaxial click connectors to establish proper electronic connection; do not use pliers unless mating with non-XL stainless steel connectors.
• Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) for the armored cable to avoid physical damage to the coaxial core.
