Installation Guidelines

• Adjust the probe gap to approximately 2.5 mm (100 mils) from the target surface to locate the center of the 4.0 mm linear measurement range.
• Ensure the probe cable or flexible armor is not bent past the minimum rated bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) during routing.
• Do not exceed the maximum rated installation torque of 63.3 N-m (560 in-lb) for the M14 x 1.5 threaded case. Recommended torque is 21.1 N-m (187 in-lb).
• Verify that the maximum thread engagement does not exceed 21 mm to prevent binding or mechanical damage to the housing.
• Ensure that ClickLoc connectors are kept completely dry, clean, and free from lubrication or oil prior to locking the connection.
