Description

Bently Nevada SCOUT100-Ex is a portable dual-channel vibration data collector, analyzer, and balancer engineered for plant-wide machinery health monitoring and diagnostic routine routes. The device features 2-channel simultaneous analog recording capability, integrated Keyphasor tachometer input, and dynamic balancing functionality. Powered by a high-resolution 5.5-inch HVGA backlit display, it provides spectral resolution up to 6,400 lines and a frequency analysis range up to 40 kHz.

The SCOUT100-Ex integrates with condition monitoring software systems including System 1 Evolution and Ascent Level 2 for database management, route execution, bearing fault identification, and diagnostic reporting. Housed in an IP65 rated enclosure, it supports onboard data storage via 1 GB internal memory, USB memory transfers, and dual-plane balancing routines.
