Installation Guidelines

  • Mounting: Mount horizontally or vertically on a 35 mm symmetric DIN rail (TH35-7.5 or TH35-15) or directly to a flat panel using the integrated mounting brackets.
  • Thermal Management: Maintain a minimum clearance of 50 mm above and below the controller to ensure natural convection cooling.
  • Wiring: Use shielded cables for all analog input lines and communication links to prevent electromagnetic noise coupling.
  • Grounding: Connect the functional ground (FE) terminal directly to a low-impedance earth ground connection using a wire size of at least 1.5 mm² (16 AWG).
