Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: Risk of electric shock and equipment damage. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Ensure all power sources are de-energized and locked out/tagged out (LOTO) before commencing any work.
-
1
Verify the panel cutout dimensions are correct for the PC 670 chassis. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and can support the unit's weight.
-
2
Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Ensure the front bezel gasket creates a uniform seal against the panel surface.
-
3
From the rear, install and evenly tighten all mounting clamps provided with the unit to secure it firmly in place. Do not over-torque the clamps.
-
4
Connect the chassis to the cabinet's protective earth (PE) ground using a low-impedance conductor connected to the designated grounding point on the unit.
-
5
Connect the 24 V DC power supply, ensuring correct polarity. Connect all required communication and peripheral cables.
-
6
After verifying all connections, remove the LOTO and re-energize the main power source to commission the unit.
