Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Alignment: Ensure precise alignment between the motor shaft and the driven load. Always use flexible couplings to mitigate radial and axial forces beyond specified shaft load limits.
• Brake Operation: The electromagnetic brake is strictly designed as a holding brake. Do not use this brake for dynamic braking or deceleration control under normal operating conditions.
• Cable Routing: Separate encoder cables from main power and motor drive cables by at least 10 cm to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI).
• Heat Dissipation: Mount the motor in a well-ventilated space, ensuring the surrounding air temperature does not exceed 40 degC during continuous duty cycles.
