Installation Guidelines

• Prior to installation, prepare the cutout on a control cabinet door or console panel according to standard installation dimension tolerances.
• Ensure all mounting brackets are adjusted evenly around the perimeter of the panel PC to maintain the front IP65 sealing compression.
• Ground the unit locally using the protective earth (PE) terminal on the 3-pin power plug connector.
• Maintain a clearance of at least 50 mm above and below the rear housing of the device to facilitate natural convection cooling.
• Isolate all field communication cabling from high-voltage motor lines to prevent electromagnetically induced transmission interference.
