Description

At the core of the system is an ARM Cortex-A8 processor running at 1 GHz on a compact 3.5-inch motherboard. This fanless system is designed with thermal efficiency in mind, offering reliable continuous operation without moving parts. Integrated communication interfaces, including on-board Ethernet and dedicated EtherCAT ports, allow the controller to seamlessly bridge the gap between human-machine interaction and real-time machine-level control.

Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Cutout: Ensure the installation panel cutout matches the physical dimensions of the 15-inch built-in housing.
• Sealing: Verify that the flat gasket is correctly seated during cabinet integration to maintain the IP65 ingress protection rating on the front panel.
• Grounding: Connect the functional ground terminal of the Panel PC directly to the low-impedance central ground point of the control cabinet.
• Thermal Management: Maintain a minimum clearance of 50 mm above and below the device to ensure passive convection cooling through the ventilation slots.
