Description

Designed for integration into industrial K-bus systems, the BECKHOFF KL4032 analog output terminal generates high-precision signals across a range of -10 to +10 V. This industrial-grade module features two single-ended analog output channels with a 12-bit resolution, ensuring accurate transmission of control values to actuators, valves, variable speed drives, and other process control components.

The KL4032 is designed with short-circuit proof outputs and provides electrical isolation between the internal K-bus and the signal field lines. Highly integrated and compact, this terminal is powered directly via the K-bus, eliminating the need for additional power contacts. It is fully compatible with standard Beckhoff KSxxxx pluggable wiring systems, simplifying maintenance and installation inside control cabinets.

For optimal noise rejection in high-interference environments, use shielded cables and ground the shield at the entry point of the control panel. Do not block the ventilation slots to maintain the operating temperature below 60 degC.
