Installation Guidelines

1. Verify that the BECKHOFF CP2924-0010 model number matches your system design requirements before beginning installation.
2. Ensure all power sources to the control cabinet and the remote PC transmitter module are de-energized and locked out.
3. Prepare the panel cutout in the mounting surface according to the mechanical dimension specifications for the 24-inch built-in unit.
4. Insert the control panel into the cutout from the front, ensuring the front gasket seats evenly against the mounting surface to maintain the IP65 seal.
5. Secure the unit from the rear using the integrated pull-out clamping levers, tightening them evenly to avoid twisting the aluminum housing.
6. Connect the Cat.6A cable from the CP29-series transmitter module to the RJ45 CP-Link 4 port on the rear of the panel.
7. Verify the 24 V DC power supply connections and check all wiring before re-energizing the system.
