Description

The Bently Nevada 125800-01 is an internal termination Keyphasor I/O module designed for use with the 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module within a 3500 Machinery Protection System rack. The 125800-01 receives input signals directly from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and delivers phase and speed timing signals to monitor modules across the rack system. Installed in a full-height rear slot, this non-isolated I/O module provides direct internal wiring terminal connections and rear buffered Keyphasor signal outputs for machine diagnostics and TSI monitoring applications.

Installation Guidelines

  • Rack Slot Placement: Mount the I/O module in the full-height rear slot directly behind the corresponding 3500/25 main half-height module position.
  • Wiring & Shielding: Connect transducer field wiring to the internal terminal blocks (PWR, COM, KPH, SHLD). Ensure shield wires are properly landed at the assigned SHLD terminals to prevent signal noise.
  • External Termination Compatibility: Do not attempt to connect External Termination (ET) blocks or cables to this internal termination module.
