The 149986-01 is a spare full-height front module component designed for the 3500/33 16-Channel Relay Module within the 3500 Series Machinery Protection System. This module provides the core control logic and driving functions necessary to manage 16 independent relay outputs used for critical machinery alarms and voting logic configurations. It slots directly into any front chassis location to the right of the Transient Data Interface (TDI) Module and works in combination with a rear-mounted I/O module to interface with external field wiring. The 149986-01 processes inputs from monitor channels within the rack and utilizes programmable Alarm Drive Logic, supporting both AND and OR operations based on individual measured variables, alert or danger statuses, and Not-OK conditions.
