Engineered for high-reliability industrial machinery protection, the 3500/15-03-02-00 provides regulated power to the Bently Nevada 3500 Series rack backplane. This half-height module is configured with dual power inputs to support varied plant distribution systems. It accommodates a high-voltage DC source in the upper slot and a high-voltage AC source in the lower slot, ensuring continuous operation of critical machinery monitoring systems even during primary power source interruptions.

The 3500/15-03-02-00 power supply configuration includes a top-slot High Voltage DC supply (88 to 140 Vdc) and a bottom-slot High Voltage AC supply (175 to 264 Vac rms). For plants executing lifecycle upgrades or system maintenance, please note that this legacy configuration has been replaced in current production series by model 3500/15-03-05-00.

Installation Guidelines

• Rack Location: Power supply modules must be installed in the left-hand side slots of the Bently Nevada 3500 rack.
• Wiring Isolation: Route the high-voltage AC cabling and the high-voltage DC cabling through separate, secure conduits to prevent cross-talk and ensure electrical safety.
• Grounding: Ensure the rack frame ground is securely connected to the Earth ground terminal prior to applying line voltage.
