  • Insertion Procedure: Release ejector tabs using the release key, align the unit with the chassis slot guides, and slide in smoothly until seated. Close top and bottom ejector levers until fully locked.
  • Hot Swapping: Online replacement is supported using a dedicated Companion Slot or SmartSlot configuration. Verify SmartSlot interconnect wiring before performing standby swap operations.
