Installation Guidelines

• Panel Cutout: Prepare a precise panel cutout of 220.5 mm (W) x 165.5 mm (H) with a panel thickness range between 1.6 mm and 4.8 mm.
• Environmental Clearance: Ensure at least 100 mm of clearance space around the rear and sides of the unit to facilitate adequate natural convection and heat dissipation.
• Grounding: Connect the functional ground (GR) terminal using a dedicated ground wire of 2 mm squared or thicker to prevent electrical noise interference.
• Tightening Torque: Secure the mounting brackets to a torque of 0.5 to 0.6 N-m to maintain the front panel IP65F protective seal. Do not overtighten.
• Wiring Isolation: Keep power supply lines and communication cables isolated from high-voltage electrical lines and motor drive cables to minimize electromagnetic interference.
