Installation Guidelines

1. Upon receipt, carefully inspect the mobile panel for any signs of physical damage incurred during transit.
2. Install the separately purchased main battery (e.g., P/N 6AV6671-5CE00-0AX0) into the battery compartment, ensuring it is securely seated.
3. Fully charge the battery using the compatible charging station or external power supply before the first use to ensure optimal performance and battery life.
4. Establish a connection to the facility's IWLAN network according to site-specific IT and automation network procedures.
5. Download the HMI project, previously configured with WinCC Flexible 2007 or higher, to the mobile panel.
6. Before placing the unit into service, perform a comprehensive function test to verify all safety features, including the emergency-stop and enabling buttons.
