Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Ensure the control cabinet or mounting panel is fully de-energized and locked out before beginning work. Verify the absence of voltage.
2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the device's mechanical specifications. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris.
3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout and secure it evenly using all provided mounting clamps. Do not overtighten the clamps, as this can warp the bezel.
4. 4 Connect a dedicated protective earth (PE) or functional ground wire to the designated terminal on the IPC chassis. This is critical for safety and noise immunity.
5. 5 Connect the 24 V DC power supply, ensuring correct polarity. Use appropriately sized wiring for the load and distance from the power source.
6. 6 Connect Ethernet, USB, and any other required communication cables. Ensure proper cable routing and strain relief to prevent accidental disconnection.
