1. 1 Prepare the panel cutout according to the device's mechanical specifications. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of burrs or debris.
2. 2 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the panel. Verify that the gasket provides a complete seal against the enclosure surface to maintain the required environmental protection rating.
3. 3 From the rear of the panel, install and tighten the mounting clamps evenly in a star pattern. Apply torque incrementally to ensure uniform pressure on the gasket and prevent warping of the bezel.
4. 4 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the designated terminals, ensuring correct polarity. Connect the main protective earth (PE) conductor to the chassis grounding point.
