Installation Guidelines

1. De-energize Equipment: Isolate, lock, and tag all power sources to the enclosure where the Panel PC will be installed. Verify the absence of voltage before proceeding.
2. Prepare Panel Cutout: Ensure the mounting cutout in the enclosure door or panel matches the required dimensions for the PC670 chassis. Deburr all sharp edges.
3. Mount the Unit: Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal.
4. Connect Protective Earth: Connect a dedicated protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the Panel PC chassis. This is critical for safety.
5. Connect Power and Peripherals: Connect the AC mains cable to the power inlet. Connect any required network cables, USB devices, or other peripherals to their respective ports.
